3. Design Ownership

• All design concepts, drawings, 3D models, and other deliverables are the intellectual property of Chandru Interiors.
• Upon full payment, the client will have the right to use the designs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Replication or resale of the designs is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees for services will be outlined in the proposal or contract.
• A deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as specified in the contract.
• Late payments may incur interest or additional charges.

5. Changes and Revisions

• Minor adjustments to designs are included within the agreed scope of work.
• Major revisions or changes outside the original scope may result in additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable unless Chandru Interiors cancels the project.
• If the client cancels the project after work has begun, they will be responsible for paying for all completed work and any expenses incurred.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Chandru Interiors is not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as contractors, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from the improper use or installation of recommended materials or furniture.

8. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless required by law or with prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws .Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of goverment law.

10. Modifications to Terms

• Chandru Interiors reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
